I’ve always been a do-er. Grounded. High energy. After having my daughter, I found myself paralyzed during the few quiet moments I had to myself.
My go-to outlets—yoga, cooking, exercise, work—drained me.
From the outside, everything looked fine.
My baby was full of smiles, I looked happy, fit into my old clothes, and everyone said I was doing great.
Inside, I missed my old life—and I was lost trying to build this new one.
Despite having no history of anxiety or depression, having years of therapy, a meditation practice, and eight years of step-parenting experience, I was struggling.
Over the next year and a half, I tried everything: more therapy, talking with friends, fantasized divorce, a retreat, new hobbies, too many personal development books to count.
Eventually, I found my way, but it took too long—and it didn’t have to.
I started Sorelle to offer other moms the kind of support I wish I'd had.
When I learned about the research behind our approach, it mirrored the winding path I’d taken—only faster, clearer, and far more supported.
This is the care I needed - now its here for you.
With love, Holden
